4.1. Basically, User may use information published in Earth Space Agency website for educational purposes, scientific purposes, communication with other community members, and business contacts establishment. Other ways of using information must comply with respective Laws and intellectual property owner's will.
4.2. User guarantees that he has undisputed ownership over sent-in materials for publishing in Earth Space Agency website, including photos and pictures, text, software, and other attached information. User takes full legal responsibility on any legal problems arising from violation of some Third Person intellectual property rights over submitted materials.

11.1. Arbitration of any disputes shall be performed in court of Republic of Latvia.
11.2. Governing laws are laws of Republic of Latvia and European Union.
