Activities

Our customer is a European leader in exciting and technologically sophisticated projects in the areas of space transportation and satellites. You will be working on-site as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for planning, implementation and supervision of project-related Quality Assurance (QA) activities in the launcher area. This involves the following activities:

• Planning and coordination of Quality Assurance activities in all project phases, considering standard processes
• Support and advise the project management and competence teams concerning quality related aspects
• Ensure the procurement at subcontractors and suppliers
• Process non-conformances
• Perform supervising activities at development and qualification models

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• University degree in a relevant discipline
• First experience in Quality Assurance techniques, statistics and quality management
• Experience with applications and standards in the space business would be an advantage
• Fluency in English language is mandatory; German and French are advantageous.
