Do you want to be part of the space future? As support to a European space company we are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Activities

• Scheduling, launching and control of performance/compliance of all Quality Assurance activities
• Control and planning of the project-specific software quality activities including acceptance tests of ground and flight software and support to development activities
• Advice and support to the project management and specific departments
• Ensure the procurement at suppliers and subcontractors
• Process non-conformances
• Support to process improvement of the software department and other interfacing areas

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• University degree in Informatics, Aerospace Engineering, Physics or Electrical Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in QA techniques, QA statistics, quality management, Software Engineering, especially UML and software development with Java
• Knowledge of space specific standards (ECSS), CMMl and Lean will be appreciated
• Fluency in English language is mandatory; French would be advantageous
