Activities

Our customer is a European organisation providing weather and climate-related satellite data, images and products for its users. You will be working on-site within the Large Infrastructure Project Division.

Tasks will include:

• Provision of administrative support regarding project management of new infrastructure building, creation of audit trails of incoming and outgoing documents,
• Coordination of project related schedule and deadlines,
• Preparation and support to project meetings,
• Support the administration of risk management in coordination with the in-house Risk Management Team,
• Application of relevant standards and procedures for quality management, configuration and change control,
• Support in close cooperation the head of Large Infrastructure Project Division.

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• Vocational education in business management or equivalent experience,
• At least 5 years professional experience in an ISO 9001 certified environment,
• Project documentation and change control in building construction projects,
• Risk management, process-oriented and organisational skills,
• Proven experience in an international team-oriented environment,
• Proficiency MS-Office, Word, Excel, etc.,
• Fluency in English and German is required; knowledge of French would be an asset.
