Activities

Our customer is a European organisation providing weather and climate-related satellite data, images and products for its users. You will be working on-site within the Personnel Division. Tasks will include:

• Advise on HR related matters, policy and procedures,
• Undertake research and perform investigations related to strategic HR projects,
• Support casework as required,
• Assist and provide training to other HR staff on assigned projects and policy areas,
• Analysis of HR policy documents and propose enhancements,
• Review grievance, disciplinary and recruitment medical procedures,
• Review starters and leavers procedures and staff opinion survey,
• Update staff appraisal documentation and grading scheme.

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• University degree or equivalent and professional HR qualification,
• At least 8 years experience in HR management in an international organisation,
• Knowledge of current HR best practice,
• HR policy and instruction drafting,
• Formal report writing, project and change management,
• SAP, workforce planning, budget and accounting principles, employee relations,
• Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills,
• Fluency in English is mandatory, some knowledge of French would be an asset.
