Do you want to be part of the space future? As support to a European space company we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer
Activities
Our customer is a European organisation providing weather and climate-related satellite data, images and products for its users. You will be working on-site as a member of the Quality Assurance Division Team. Tasks will include:
- Advising and providing consultancy support on quality assurance related matters,
- Supporting the operation and administration of the Anomaly Processing Tool (APT),
- Contribute towards the requirements definition of the development of a new APT,
- Support the operational roll-out of the new APT version,
- Support operational process definition and refinement,
- Perform risk management reviews, project reviews and produce reports.
Skills
You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:
- University degree or equivalent,
- Experience of working within an ISO 9001 certified management system,
- Several years of experience of formal anomaly management using software tools,
- Experience of providing front-line support to users,
- Requirements capture procurement and deployment of APT,
- Knowledge of ECSS standards,
- Experience of auditing,
- Proficiency MS-Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint,
- Fluency in English is mandatory, some knowledge of French would be an asset.
