Our client is a leader in turn-key satellite solutions for Government and Commercial customers world wide, providing satellite missions for space surveillance, communications and space science.
They are currently hiring Thermal Engineers for their facility in Quebec to support many current and future projects being worked on for a variety of clients across North America, Europe and the Asia. |

| Qualifications |
In this role you will be part of a design team performing thermal design, analysis and test, to ensure our client’s space products meet thermal environment requirements. You will design and select appropriate thermal protection and control hardware, surface finishes and interfaces. Predict temperature distribution and heat loads in the hardware at different stages of product life: launching, orbiting transition, and orbiting. Based on evaluation of space hardware’s thermal behavior and characteristics, be responsible for recommending best mechanical design. Plan and run thermal environment tests on hardware to validate the thermal design and to make sure the hardware is safe and functional in the required thermal environment.
Candidates should have five to ten year experience in the field of Thermal design and analysis in the space industry.
