Do you want to be part of the space future? As support to a European space company we are looking for a Satellite Radio Frequency Engineer

Activities

Our customer is a European leader in exciting and technologically sophisticated projects in the areas of space systems and security applications. You will be working on-site for the prestigious Galileo project as a Radiofrequency (RF) Engineer, responsible for the following activities:

  • Galileo Payload System Engineering
  • Development of mathematical tools for the performance analysis
  • EMI/EMC Analysis
  • Direct contact with Sub-Contractor and Suppliers
  • Support System Integration of Satellite and Ground Station

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

  • University Degree in Electrical Engineering with a major in RF-Technologies, Communications
  • Theoretical and practical background for RF-Technologies
  • You are skilled in signal processing, development of model algorithms, data analysis tools and database software applications.
  • You have a detailed knowledge in Simulation Tools (e.g. VSS, Microwave Office or similar) as well as good experience in GNSS.
  • The ability to think on systems level is essential. You are used to work in an international environment.
  • Your problem solving skills are strong. Very important are also good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory; German is advantageous.
