Activities

Our customer is a European leader in exciting and technologically sophisticated projects in the areas of space systems and security applications. You will be working on-site for the prestigious Galileo project to ensure requirements tracking & verification on satellite level. This includes responsible for the following activities:

• Support the Requirements Manager in the management of DOORS
• Write DXL script to support the gathering of metrics, provide functionality required by the user community
• Debug arising problems in DOORS and Gateway products
• Support users in the creation of modules, import of information, export of information, linking etc.
• Support Requirements Manager in the support of DOORS, Gateway and Rhapsody

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable qualifications as well as several years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of the requirements management process with DOORS
• In-depth knowledge of DOORS capabilities, ideally DOORS DXL scripting specialist
• Detailed knowledge of Gateway that allows transfer of information between DOORS and Rhapsody
• Knowledge of Rhapsody System Engineering tool
• The ability to think on system level is essential. Very important are also good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English language is mandatory; French is advantageous.

Starting date: April 2010 or as soon as possible thereafter
