Activities

Our customer is a European leader in exciting and technologically sophisticated projects in the areas of space transportation and satellites. You will be working on-site as an Electrical Engineer, responsible for the following activities:

• Acquisition and proposal management
  • Analysis of proposal requirements
  • Creation of technical concepts and descriptions
  • Development of work package descriptions
  • Risk, cost, time and resource evaluation
• • Design activities
  • Analysis and transformation of customer requirements into electrical design and test specifications
  • Definition and compliance analysis for internal and external interfaces
  • Development of technical documentation, drawings
  • Support to other technical disciplines regarding system layout and project activities
  • Carry out trend analyses and develop budget
  • Project management
  • Integration and test
  • Maintenance and user support

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Several years of experience in Electrical Engineering, preferably in the space sector
• Fluency in English and German language is mandatory; French is advantageous.

Starting date: May 2010 or as soon as possible thereafter
