Activities

Our customer is a European leading system house, specialised in development and implementation of high technology solutions for aerospace, science and industry. You will be working on-site, responsible for the following activities:

• Design of complex electronic systems (analogue and digital)
• Coordination and documentation of development activities (design-to-cost)
• Plan and carry out tests
• Develop proposals
• Support and coordinate subcontractors
• Team leading activities might be required

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering
• Experience as development engineer and also as systems engineer in the area of electronic systems, ideally in the space business
• Experience in working within international projects
• Project management skills
• Overall system knowledge (analogue/digital)
• Expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • Analogue technique - amplifier, controller, CCD Electronics etc.
  • Digital technique – micro processor, FPGAs, ASICs, VHDL; especially for image processing
• Experience in simulation tools (Matlab etc.), automatic control engineering and/or digital and analogue electronics for camera systems
• Knowledge in the development of specifications, requirements documents and system analyses
• Fluency in English and German language is required
