Activities

Our customer is a European organisation providing satellite operations and ground station tracking network services to its users. You will be working on-site as a member of the engineering team. Tasks will include:

• Systems engineering of satellite navigation systems
• Preparation and validation of ground segment systems
• LEOP preparation and operational support
• Capture system requirements, support architectural design and implementation
• System documentation and configuration management
• Support to project management and control.

Skills

You should ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• University degree or equivalent in science or engineering
• Several years experience in satellite navigation system design and implementation
• Knowledge of ECSS and CCSDS standards
• Operational validation of systems
• Supporting satellite and ground segment operation
• User requirements capture and change management
• Space mission planning, systems analysis, reporting and monitoring tools
• Able to work independently and good communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory, some knowledge of French or German an asset.
