Activities

Our customer is a European leader in exciting and technologically sophisticated projects in the areas of space systems and security applications. You will be working on-site as RAMS Engineer, responsible for the following activities:

• Setting up quantitative reliability and availability analysis
• Making qualitative defect and failure analysis (FMECA)
• Setting up fault tree analysis
• Compiling Parts Count- and Parts Stress analysis and Worst Case analysis
• Making maintainability analysis for Limited Life Items
• Making safety analysis (Hazard-Analysis)
• Setting up hardware/software interaction Analysis (HSIA)
• Controlling Critical Items

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Information technology or Physics
• Several years of experience in RAMS Engineering would be of great advantage
• Extensive knowledge of relevant analysis tools such as RELEX
• Knowledge of ECSS-Q-30 and ECSS-Q-40-series
• Experience in project-related quality assurance
• Organisation and team work skills
• Fluency in English language is mandatory; German is advantageous.
