As support to a European space company we are looking for a Quality Tester

Activities

Our customer is a European leader in exciting and technologically sophisticated projects in the areas of space transportation and satellites. You will be working on-site as Quality Tester. Your tasks will include:

• Conduct quality inspection during assembly and acceptance tests of components;
• Execute incoming inspections;
• Create related documents;
• Manage assembly files;
• Conduct mechanical single component inspection;
• High-precision measuring on a μ scale;
• Conduct microscope inspections.

Skills

You ideally have the following qualifications and experience:

• Completed technical training as a precision engineer/precision mechanic or technical qualification in the field of quality assurance;
• Several years of professional experience in visual testing (VT 1 + 2);
• Good knowledge of MS-Office; familiarity with SAP advantageous;
• Fluency in German is mandatory; English would be an asset.
