The OAO Rocket Sizing Tool is a spreadsheet for sizing and optimizing conceptual rocket designs. It was developed in OpenOffice Calc v3.1 (free download from OpenOffice.org), but can be run in most modern spreadsheet applications. The tool allows for the sizing of 1-3 stage launch vehicles, and will suggest optimal staging points.
